Sun Lee (b.1993) is a Korean artist who currently lives and works in Glasgow. Lee completed her MFA at Glasgow School of Art in 2019. Her artistic practice is concerned with the continual search for spiritual practice and mental clarity from the fluidity, subjectivity on her own self, and complex relation between individual and society at large. Throughout facing with her psychological disturbing experience, she has meticulously explored possibilities of spiritual recover for individual and society from an insider's perspective with researching for the notion of purification. She is deeply involved in the physical process of immersive moving image installation art, sculpture and digital printing series.

Her work has recently been exhibited at Transmission Gallery in Glasgow, Centre for Contemporary in Glasgow, Oxo Tower in London, KookMin Art Gallery in Seoul. Selected awards include The Korean Society of Media & Art by Seoul National University.
